A Will is the only legal document by which a person can state how they want their estate and worldly possessions dealt with after their death. Yet despite the importance of such a document, too frequently no will can be found. This can often create great distress and arguments for loved ones who are left behind to deal with the problems.

You're Bank may already be holding the Will for you but this could become costly and inconvenient especially if you move out of the area.

Your next of kin may not know, or recall, who holds the Will or whether a Will even exists. Sometimes it is presumed that a Will doesn't exist, when in fact, it does. Out-of-date Wills are acted upon when they are mistakenly believed to be the latest version. Many couples write Wills believing that the remaining partner will reveal the Will. Sadly, couples do occasionally die together.
